Useful information for your vacation with us at Apart Sonnhof in Sölden in the Ötztal.

For the duration of your stay we offer you 1 free parking space directly at our house.
You can reach the skiing and hiking area directly from our house and you
can get to the village center of Sölden in a few minutes with the free center shuttle.
So your car is also on vacation.

For reasons of hygiene, pets of any kind are not allowed in our apartments.

It is not permitted to smoke in the apartments!

Our Apart Sonnhof is a non-smoking house.

You can smoke on the terrace or on the balcony.

W-Lan is available free of charge throughout the house.

No parties or celebrations are permitted in Apart Sonnhof.
It is quiet at 10:00 p.m. and we ask all guests to take this into account.
Furthermore, no raclette, cheese or meat fondue is permitted in the apartments.

If there is damage to the facility in and in front of the house during the stay,
the amount of the damage will be settled with the person causing
the damage and retained in cash on site.

Our apartments 1, 3, 4A and 4B have infrared cabins or infrared-sauna gondolas.
The warmth of these infrared cabins or gondolas can have a positive effect on a
wide variety of complaints and primarily helps to alleviate complaints of the
musculoskeletal system. Use the healthy warmth for your health.

On the day of arrival, the apartment is available from 3 p.m. If you arrive
late after 6 p.m., please give us a short call. On the day of departure,
the apartment must be vacated for cleaning by 9 a.m.

The prices are for the specified number of people per night excluding
local tax and final cleaning. At the end of the stay there is an exclusive
final cleaning fee for each guest. This is € 31,00 per person/ child and stay.
If the overnight stay is more than 10 nights, the apartment will be completely cleaned
once in between and thus the final cleaning fee will be charged twice per person/ child at the end.

At arrival you also need to pay a deposit of € 100 per person in cash!
If there is no damage it will be refunded at the day of departure.

The local tax of € 4,00 will be billed separately per person and day.
Children and young people under the age of 14 do not pay any local tax.

In order to fix your booking, we ask you for a deposit of 30% of the total
amount to our account. The remaining amount will be paid by bank transfer at
least 14 days before arrival or cash on the day of arrival!

We only accept cash payments in EURO.
We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, checks or foreign currencies in our Apart Sonnhof.

All changes and cancellations are only valid in writing!
The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 (AGBH) apply.
The following cancellation conditions apply:

● up to 30 days before arrival → free cancellation*;

   from 29 days before the day of arrival > 60% of the total amount;

● from 14 days before the day of arrival → 90% of the total amount;

● from 2 days before the day of arrival or no-show, later arrival or earlier departure, we charge 100% of the total amount

It often turns out differently than you think!
Please make arrangements for a worry-free vacation and close one travel cancellation insurance.
The "Europäische Reiseversicherung" offers a suitable package which also includes Covid-19!

Extended goodwill:

If the corona-related requirements of the government of your home country do not allow holiday travel (boarder closure), further lockdowns make company closings necessary or a quarantine of at least 5 days on your return journey, free rebooking is possible at any time, at short notice.
